A reason to vote

I am seriously concerned about the outcome of today's election. For the first time in years, my candidates seriously have a chance of winning.

My standard response to most government stupidity for the past eight years has been, "Well, I didn't vote for the idiot."

Now what will I say?

Happy to be home for this historic day.

I love this! I had told my Canadian friends that if the election didn't go the way I wanted it to, they had to find me a Canadian to marry as I just couldn't endure another 4 Republican years. I have heard from them all - congratulating me on not needing to wed just yet!

By the way, I am still savoring the workshop in Amman. It was the best I've been to in years.
;)
