Quit reading this blog!

Quit reading this blog right now and go to John Peterson's K-12 education, learning and getting on the cluetrain right now.

John, you’ve made me realize I am old mindset educator trying to make yesterday’s rules fit a new model of learning. You’ve just expanded my mind. YOU could and should have given David Weinberger’s keynote at NECC!

And to think, you're a Minnesotan - sorta.

Before you go and make me famous (man, are my librarian friends gonna think I'm cool or what)...

1) It's the connections...it isn't me. Socially constructed online learning. The only time it's proper to use "it's me" is when I'm trying to convince my wife that I should get some "alone time" in the office to spend a few hours in my "cave". ;O)

2) I'm a Minnesota boy. Born and raised. Just so happens that I make my $$$ on the other side of the border. You betcha.

Stop reading this right now. Go remix some more Cluetrain with libraries. We have work to do.
