I was so busy downloading the app...

I don't think I will be reading War and Peace on this anytime soon, but it's kind of cool .... and free if you already read on a Kindle.

Now if there was just some way to get pdf files into this reader without having an actual Kindle account. So far, the other free pdf readers for the iPhone just don't cut it.

I am a librarian with a Kindle, and I absolutely love it. Recently I purchased an IPhone, and this app is just the best! I prefer my Kindle for reading at home, but it was just too large to carry around with me everywhere I go. Now I can have my book I'm reading on the IPhone and it is perfect for those wasted minutes waiting for a meeting or appointment. What is especially cool is the way the pages automatically sync between the two devices so I can always pick up where I left off. :-)

Hi Donna,

Yes, I think it almost spooky how each device knows where you stopped reading! Not sure how often I will use the Kindle Reader on my iPod, but it is nice to have when you have nothing else handy to read.

All the best,

Doug
