As promised, I am providing a link to a GoogleDoc template that includes checklists for all six assessment/planning goals I shared this week. It can be found HERE.

My plan is to create a series of tools that can help a district self-assess its own technology implementation status. Beats playing golf.

Thanks a million times over for the checklist template! I'm sharing it with our IT director and tech committee. We're trying to get some leadership going on the ed tech side of things (not just network admin side), so your lists are very helpful!

Hi Dana,

To tell the truth, I have only used this when helping other districts do self-assessments. These are indeed out district goals, but we do use annual objectives and tasks instead.
