Ask Lena - time for retirement

Ask Lena, a favorite ... uh .... anticipatory set, is long over due for retirement. So here are slides. RIP...

 

 

 

 

The experts say we need to connect emotionally with our audiences if they are to listen to anything we have to say. For me, humor has always been the best affective approach. (Although it sometimes gets me in trouble.)
